ABC Wednesday ~ D is for…

Photobucket is holding all my photos I stored with them from 2007-2015 hostage. They have blacked out all those photos on my blog posts. OH BOTHER! I’m slowly cleaning up my posts.

My first ABC Wednesday and the letter is D today.

So many choices, I think I’ll share daffodils, dogwood and doors.

This photo was taken in England in April 2004.

This Dogwood tree is in a garden on Queen Anne Hill in Seattle, Washington, just uphill from Kerry Park. The photo was taken in July of 2007.

The photos in this collage were taken in Oxford~England, York, Edinburgh ~ Scotland, South Kensington and the bottom middle one if taken at Ste Michelle Winery in Woodinville, Washington.

  1. I love your D’s. The doors are great, that is a subject I have always wanted to photograph.

I can hardly stand it that a dogwood would look that gorgous in July! That is another good thing about the Seattle area. Ours always blooms around April15th, tax day. The daffodils are up here, but no color yet.

  2. Very nice. All those doors in the UK and one at home. I have dogwood of a different variety on my ABC. It is found growing low and wild in the floor of the old growth forest. I wonder if your kind would grow well here on the dryside of Washington.

  3. Hi there and welcome to ABC-W.

I really like your choises. Flowers, flowers, flowers… Mmmmm…. :)))

The Daffodil`s have got buds here by now. Not blooming yet. The Doogwood tree is BEAUTIFUL! Lovely flowers.

    Happy ABC. 🙂

  4. Our daffodils are not in bloom yet so I used 4 of the ones from the past. I almost did doors too but decided to use them for another letter. I haven’t sen that kind of daffodils before! Come see my D’s!

  5. I love your daffodils. It will be awhile before our daffodils bllom.Still deep in winter here in the southern area of West Virginia.
