Weekend Roundup “H”

It’s time for The Weekend Roundup hosted by Tom The Backroads Traveller.

1. Starts with “H.”
2. A Favorite.
3. Half.

Starts with “H”.

Home: The view of our home from the rear of our property. We got some snowshoes and I tried them out on Thursday taking some photos looking back at our home. You can see the garage on the left with our home on the right. A door and window of the laundry room, slider in our family room and double windows in our master bedroom suite. Home is where the heart is and all the happy memories we can make and enjoy.

A Favorite.

My helper hanging a heart.

Half.

Half of a Hare’s head sticking up out of the snow.

And a parting shot…

Hummingbird.

We are having some snow flurries here with an inch or more of accumulation on top of our previous snow cover. We are looking forward to a quiet weekend. What’s happening in your corner?

  1. Such a pretty scene, your homestead. It looks quiet too, quiet and peaceful. I hope you weren’t snowed in though. Your helper is a cute young one, here expression shows that she has all the confidence one needs to hang the heart. I am glad you got the hare picture, I’ve never seen them under the snow like that. Do you think he burrowed up from his rabbit hole?

  2. …I love your snowbound ‘H’ome. You have quite the little ‘H’elper. Your ‘H’alf of a ‘H’are’s ‘H’ead sticking up out of the snow is fabulous. I’m looking forward to seeing ‘H’ummingbirds this summer. Thanks Ellen for being ‘H’ere this week, enjoy!

  3. A beautiful winter wonderland, Ellen, Miss Addy is such a sweet helper, and they do grow up so fast, we are planning for a restful weekend too, more rain is in the forecast.
