I’m trying something new today. I’m joining in with My Little Home and Garden for her Sunlit Sunday Meme. Here are my offerings from a very cold walk about the yard on Saturday morning when our temps tried to make it out of the 20’s.
I love the sparkly effect the sun has on the snow.
Brrr…
We had a wonderful frost effect on anything that had moisture on it overnight.
There’s nothing like a dry sunny day after a snowfall!
Psalm 18:28 (ESV) ~
For it is you who light my lamp;
the Lord my God lightens my darkness.
Hope you all have a good productive week and that you enjoy God’s light in your part of the world.
beautiful pictures. I love the sparkling of the snow… and miss that part of winter. We don’t get a lot of sun here in the winter.
Beautiful snowy pictures but that thermometer makes me cold. Brrrr. We hit 5 C. here today but it will be colder next week – back to normal.
oh, i simply love “diamonds in the snow”!
Love the sparkle of the snow and the frost on the branches.
Thanks for visiting and you nice comment. I am your newest follower.
I agree, the storm clears and cleans the air.
Very pretty. I think I shall enjoy it from this side of my computer screen, however 😉
I’m with you; I love the sparkles that occur on the surface of snow. I especially like your close-up shots. Thank you so much for linking your frosty photos to Sunlit Sunday. I’m sure it’s temporary, but everything has melted here and I’m looking at grass instead of snowbanks.

It’s cold and frosty here, too, but no snow. I love the blue sky and sunshine even if it’s a little colder than normal.
We had snow yesterday and bright sunshine today. With all of our windows in our home I thought about putting on my sunglasses it was SO BRIGHT. I have heard some describe that kind of frost as hoar frost….don’t know if that is what yours is, but it kind of looks like it. So beautiful. I LOVE the glitter of snow. Joy to your week, hope you hear the Fathers heart beat!
Ooooh – that looks chilly. We don’t have snow here, just cold and damp. Any bit of sunshine is very welcome.
It’s so pretty over there! I was surprised to see you have snow!
Amazing! You made snow and cold actually look inviting. Must be the sunshine. And your photography.
Snow…and cold…and pretty!
Beautiful snow shots!
