Here are some favorites from the Pacific Northwest!
1. On Saturday I attended a bridal shower for my DIL’s good friend. Spending some time with my DIL and her mother was lovely.
2. Taking a roadtrip with my daughter to Canada was so much fun.
3. Stanley Park in Vancouver is a beautiful destination. It was great that it was cool enough to enjoy hot tea in the afternoon!
4. The Vancouver Aquarium was amazing. The incredible variety in God’s creation struck me over and over again as we walked from tank to tank.
5. Fall color washed with rain has been fabulous to see!
Finding dead rats in our attic was not a favorite!! Sorry I just had to add that since I can’t get it out of my head. Ugh! Double Ugh!! Maybe triple ugh!!!
Please visit the lovely Susanne at Living to Tell the Story to join on in with your favorites from this past week!
Photobucket is holding all my photos that I stored on their site from 2007-2015 hostage replacing them with ugly grey and black boxes and asking for a large ransom to retrieve them. It is a slow process to go through all my posts deleting the ugly boxes.
Oh yuck – rats. I lifted one of the tiny kitties the other day and found 2 dead mice underneath her – Lily was providing for her family but it gave me a bit of a start π
The roadtrip with your girl sounds lovely – I should plan one with mine π
Happy weekend!

PS – no pictures of the rats???
PPS – sorry, I couldn’t resist
Nooooo! No pictures of the rats! (Kathie, what are you thinking?! Lovely fives, Ellen. Esp the tea part. I’m looking forward to cooler evenings for tea parties π
What an eventful week! I laughed at Islandsparrow’s comment about pictures of the rats… π
What a wonderful week you had my friend. Love the pictures. Thanks so much for sharing and have a great weekend π
It looks like you packed a lot in this past week…you always do! And I’m glad you enjoyed your visit to Stanley Park. It is called the ‘jewel of Vancouver’ for a reason.
I’m smiling…about your little PS about the rats! We like to hide the ‘not so pretty things’ in our lives…and we all have them.
The trip to Vancouver sounds just wonderful!
Pacific northwest looks so natural and beautiful. Just mind blowing pictures there.. thanks
Glad that you enjoyed your time on our side of the border.
I love how you always put your blog together. Something I need to work at. It’s always fun to see what you are up to.
Not even gonna go to the rats. Nope, not going there.
One of these days I would love to visit the aquarium! Looks like a lovely trip with your daughter.
Everything sounds great except the rats in the attic. I think you’ve struck a nerve with all of us! Yuck indeed. Glad your other things were so nice. Have a great weekend!
Oh, finding dead rats is definately not a favorite! But a road trip to Canada with your daughter sounds great!
