Mosaic Blue Monday!

I’m combining Mary’s Mosaic Monday with Smiling Sally’s Blue Monday this week. Please visit each site to see more blue and more mosaics.

Dear and I took a car trip up the California coast on Saturday to the communities of Morro Bay and Cambria. It was an amazing thing to see the Rock at Morro Bay that is called the Gibraltar of the Pacific. We were happy to get away from the heat and muggy skies of Southern California for the cooler marine skies in Central California. I’ll be showing more of my photos from both spots soon.

Happy Labor Day everyone…

  1. Your photos are quite beautiful. Your mosaic is similar to mine, only the boast in mine are of the miniature kind and my water isn’t coastal, it’s man made. Great shots. Sounds like a wonderful drive.

  2. You people made it all the way to Cambria! Wow. The last time we saw Morro Bay it was shrouded in fog. It’s nice to see the whole rock in that beautiful scene.

  3. Cambria is such a wonderful place to spend the day. Did you stay the night?
I’m hoping today is cooler at your home!!!

    Happy Labor Day Ellen B.!!!!!

    xoxo Cori
