Boy these weeks fly by. It’s time for some more vintage at Confessions of an Apron Queen so I’m showing another of my vintage tablecloths passed down from Verna, Dear’s mother. Even her name is vintage…
I decided to include this collage so that you can see all the bunches of fruit on the cloth.
For more vintage from around the blogs visit the Apron Queen.
Photobucket is holding all my photos that I posted on my blog from 2007-2015 hostage and replaced them with big black and grey boxes with threats. So discouraging…as I’m slowly trying to clean up thousands of posts!
Very vintage and gorgous! Thanks for sharing. I’ll check out the apron queen.
I love that. Very nice.
oh groovy! I love using old tableclothes, they really brighten things up 🙂
My, the graphics on those vintage tablecloths were so strong. The colors are bold and the designs are striking as well.
I love old table cloths. I collect them when I find them to hide the top of my not so perfect kitchen table. I really like the one you have.
What a nice retro table cloth! I also like the tea pot!
Tablecloths like this are wonderful. I just love the fruit design.
I have a fondness for old tablecloths. Especially fruit ones. Very nice and very vintage. Great post
Oh my goodness! I have that same tablecoth! If not exact, it is very similar. I love how yours looks with that tea pot on it.
Back in the old days, strawberries could be blue and they were still perfect. I love old tablecloths. Isn’t it amazing how well the colors have held up? I bet it’s been washed quite a few times in its lifetime too.
I love the cloth and the teapot, they look great together!
Hi! Love the old tablecloths. They are really hard to find anymore!!
Pretty tablecloth — and that teapot still takes my breath away whenever I see it!!!
I love it!
Super tablecloth! Nice that it’s out so that you may enjoy it.
I love your tablecloth. The colors are so cheerful it just made me smile to see it.
I’m in LOVE with your tablecloth…really!
Love, Love, Love, It!!!!!!
This tablecloth is really sweet. I remember another vintage one you featured awhile ago that I loved. You did such a great job with the collage that at first I thought it was the actual cloth, not a collage of the designs. Clever lady.
This tablecloth is a wonderful example of the
1940’s and their interest in cheery colors and
fruit patterns in home decor. Lovely!!!!!
