  1. Good morning Ellen B.,
I’m so thankful this season is almost over and cool weather is on its way.
Bramble Hedge dishes are such delightful little things. Do you have a whole collection? I started collecting Bunikins and picked up two plates just yesterday. Hubby and I were headed to the theater to see Wall-E and I had some down time so I explored an antiques store I’ve never been in before. From the store front it looked small, but once inside it was huge. I NEED TO GO BACK as I only had 20 minutes to spare.
Any fun plans for today? I hope it’s wonderful whatever you do.

  2. Beautiful piece! I’m so glad the seasons are changing. I’m ready for fall. Fall in Mississippi happens in one day. Although there is a gradual changing of the leaves, the weather doesn’t much change until in one day the winds come through and blow all the leaves and pinestraw off the trees. Then it’s officially fall in Mississippi! I can’t wait for cool weather, though. Happy WFW!

  3. We have thick pea soup fog here today .. .
The plate is so adorable .. .I’m thinking a tea party with my grand. .
The verse is true even after all these years ..
    Blessings Ellen.

  5. Blessings Ellen…What a precious plate with a perfect verse for the seasons…collector’s or seasonal changes all have their time and good
for it is under HIS HEAVENS…and HIS CREATION and HE said, IT IS GOOD! I love the fall and don’t see it where I’ at…it’s my favorite…
however, I’m not sure about that when it refers to a season in our life!
Thank you for sharing Bramble Hedge priceless piece and HIS WORD!
and enjoy WFW !!!Thanks for stopping by and leaving your words!

  6. Awwww — Brambly Hedge is one of my favorite whimsical drawings!!! I don’t have any of the plates or china, maybe someday! 🙂

    Blessings to you!

We have had rain for 2 1/2 days straight now. I am thankful it’s not the torrential kind, but just steady and gentle. My brother who lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana has been up in the area since last Sunday, and will be staying with us for a few days.
