I have that exact same tin! Except mine has a few dents from over the years. It holds my Christmas cards that get left over from year to year.

I have the same exact box. My grandma gave it to me. I found out that it was made in the 1800’s. The company was not even in existence in the 1900’s. So it is really old. Mine is in great condition. I was going to sell it on EBay. So if any of you would like to have it, please call or email me. I would love for it to go to someone who would really appreciate it, like us.

I’m so excited to see this! I had one on my fridge when I was a kid and was telling my fiancé recently about it. It’s how I learnt to not say everything on my mind in case it hurt and I live by that still.
Wow, I have the exact same tin. My grandfather was from Carlisle England. I just looked it up on the Internet and came across this picture. I’m so excited to see this and know its from the 1800’s. It would be nice to have more history on this.
