A little road trip to meet up with my girlfriends from Canada to see the tulips and daffodil fields in Mount Vernon yielded an added photo op with barns in the distance, emphasis on in the distance. I’m linking up to the Barn Collective #25 at Rose Street Reflections. Thank you Amy!
Hope you didn’t have to squint too hard to spot the barns! Next time I’ll show the ones I got closer to without any flowers in the foreground!
Have a wonderful Easter Week everyone!
You look like you are in Holland, how beautiful. Tom The Backroads Traveller
We’ve been down to Skagit Valley three times to see the daffodils and tulips this year- it is amazing to see all the colors. I bet all the rain we are having is messing up their tulip festival. Great shots of barns and the tulips. I’ve probably taken photos from many of the exact same spots.
Fantastic to see so many blooms in one place! The barns make a nice background.
I love love love seeing these tulip and spring bulb photos every year from this area, Ellen! I can’t imagine Holland being any prettier!
Have a very Happy and Blessed Easter!
What a fabulous sight this must be. Your photos are gorgeous! Thank you for visiting me. It is wonderful visiting your blog again. Have a great week 🙂
Woah! These are so beautiful! I love the shots with the barns in them, especially. Thank you for sharing.
Wow! Absolutely gorgeous!
BEAUTIFUL!!!! Amazed at the beauty of God’s creation!! Thanks for sharing these!!
That sea of yellow daffodils is wonderful! Enjoyed the barn too and that bit of red with the tulips. But that field of sunshine really made my day!
Beautiful and so Springy. May you have a wonderful Easter weekend too dear friend!
Barns add such beauty to the landscape! There is some kind of comfort in seeing them.
Smiling here. You know how to make barns look really good!!!
Ellen, those barns are so pretty…but I can hardly direct my eyes toward them because I keep looking at those stunning fields of flowers!! Gorgeous!
They look wonderful amidst the fields of tulips.
Those fields of flowers are stunning, but what really caught my eye is your new header – the hyacinths with the little daffodils are wonderful!
Oh WOW! I would love to see something like that in real life, but your photos are second best. I especially like the one of the yellow field and the few red tulips along the edge. Just WOW!
I know those fields! I’ve been to the tulip festival there several times. You have a great zoom lens to capture those barns so well! Lovely trip, wasn’t it!?
Lovely pics!
