There is a coloring contest before the week begins and if you win a ribbon you get a free t-shirt.
Children from age 3 to 6th grade fill the church each evening this week. We have over 75 volunteers helping things run smoothly. Our kitchen crew even feeds the workers and their families each evening.
By the end of the week the truth of Psalm 23 will have been heard and hopefully many will know that the Lord is their Savior and they will travel on the right path all the days of their lives following the one true Shepherd.

Summer in the Psalms looks like a very engaging theme that will invite rest, growth and community connection. Very creative!
The Irish theme is adorable and the kids will learn so much about the 23rd Psalm! How many children will attend? (or did attend?)
The decorations always amazr me. They are so clever. The songs and the lessons all point the children to our Good Shepherd. It’s so well done.

Psalm 23 is probably the first thing I ever memorized, and it still nourishes me, nearly every day! I love this theme ❤
I love the twenty-third Psalm! It is a beautiful passage to hide in one’s heart. So encouraging to know that there are many children who can do just that as a result of a week at VBS!
