Our daughter-in-law is creative and doesn’t shy away from hard work. She came up with this idea for the family for Halloween this year. Aren’t they the cutest S’more Family? Love our little Hershey bar (Jamie made the whole thing!) and our little marshmallow. I think he looks like a Victorian boy ready for his baptismal. Rayna even got into the act by being the campfire! They made the rounds to Uncle & Aunt, Granny, Granny Great and ended up at our house for dinner.
Dear was ready for the trick or treaters at the door with his chainsaw hat on. How’s that for creative!? I had a pirates wig on with an eye patch and the kids were not so sure about me…
One more photo for the books. I took my wig and eye patch off and here’s the response I got from our little marshmallow. How I love this look.
Coming in for his hug! I cherish this look and response from him knowing the time will come when he’ll out grow it. Boohoo…
Happy first Monday in November. Hope the time change doesn’t throw you for a loop.
…that Hershey bar sure looks sweet.
Hello,
A s’more family, that is so cute. Very creative. Cute photos! Take care and stay safe! Enjoy your day! Have a great week!
This is just too cute. Talented Mommy.
Such adorable children in adorable costumes! Your daughter-in-law has a wonderful imagination. We put candy bags out on a table outside but it was pretty quiet around here this year.
Like that big chocolate bar. : )
So very cute! The costumes are GREAT!
So cute!
Sweet smores..
Jamie is clever! Very cute family. (Love those wary looks regarding you and Grandpa.) 😁
Adorable kids and fabulous idea! Happy November.
Very creative, Ellen. Such darling grands. I love getting another hour’s sleep in the fall, but not so much in spring. Have a great evening.
So cute and creative! I had much the same reaction once I was recognized. Those hugs are the best! Here’s to many s’more fun times.
What a great costume idea! Sounds like a lot of fun at your place.
