The Western Larch trees are in their glory.
We had a power outage at 3PM on Monday the 28th of October and I sat in our recliner in front of our family room slider and took the photo above. The wind was really blowing. The power came back on just after 4PM and then we were surprised to see the snow blow in.
The wind died down and the snow stopped falling. Such an interesting day. We’ll see what Tuesday holds.
…oh boy, what a change. I hope our snow is off in the future, I have too much work to do.
Hello, The fall colors are gorgeous. I am hoping the snow stays away for a long time. Enjoy your day, wishing you a great week ahead.
Beautiful views!!! (inspite of the snow lol). I’m afraid things will turn white over here very soon too. Happy Tuesday.
It’s all beautiful. Being from SoCal, the snow is my favorite, of course. Because I don’t have to live in it. Sure is pretty to look at. I am glad you can enjoy the blessings of well defined seasons there in Eastern Washington!
Lovely Autumn colours … but my goodness, it seems early for snow
All the best Jan
What gorgeous pictures. WOW.
It was warmer than usual here today, 70 degrees!!
Lots of rich autumn color there, but what is that white stuff? Is this “normal”? Ha! I hope not and I certainly hope that you can return to your regular autumn weather.
Wow . . . what a blending of the seasons! In one day, no less! I hope your snow disappears and holds off long enough for you to soak up that color. It is so beautiful!
Oh my! Autumn and Winter all will in the same afternoon! Gorgeous seasonal photos.
Those larch trees are glorious. Looks like winter’s on the way. B x
