On Saturday we drove to the north end of Whidbey Island to visit Ebey State Park and to enjoy a meal in Coupeville, Washington.
The weather was beautiful which brought out the crowds. Our realtor was having an open house at our home so we had to be away from our home for several hours and we took advantage of the weather to enjoy a short hike at Ebey and have some Penn Cove Mussels in Coupeville. I’ll post our photos from our walk/hike at Ebey and some photos from Coupeville tomorrow or later.

A new header! I like it!
I haven’t been to Whidbey Island since I was in middle school when my cousin was stationed there with the Navy.
…what a special spot, a barn with a view! Thanks Ellen for stopping by, wishing you a special week ahead.
That’s a nice way to spend a few hours. I fell in love with Whidbey Island many years ago and love the views from Coupeville. And that winery with the delicious berry pies!!
Such deep blue water! Nice!
Hello, pretty views of the barn and water. Hubby and I enjoyed our last visit to Whidbey Island and Coupeville. Happy Monday, enjoy your day and new week ahead!
There is something so charming about a barn in the countryside. Have a gorgeous day!
Beautiful pictures of the barn and scenery around it.
Hope things went well with the open house and that you’ve heard something.
We haven’t heard anything about the people looking at our house on Friday. No one else has been to look.
Re my earlier comment, I was thinking of Greenbank Farm, with its wine shop and its little cafe that sells delicious pies! Had to look it up on line…it’s been too long since I was up your way!
