We will be on the road today heading home. Addy’s maternal Granny will be able to spend some extended time with her first grandchild today. She was in the labor and delivery room with Jamie and Dan until Addyson was born. Dear and I will be coming back over the mountains in a couple weeks to help out again and get some projects done.

Your wee lass is so alert and pretty pink! Thanking God for such health and her loving bing family. I now know what it is like to have a new grandbaby at a distance; leaving is like leaving a part of one’s heart and breath behind. Sharing with maternal grandmothers…something done most willingly and yet how strong is the desire to be there too.
