…be too thankful!
So we decided not to wait till November to celebrate Thanksgiving. We decided to celebrate with our Canadian cousins, our neighbors to the North.
We had a great evening with Katie, Steve and Lana. I’ll be sharing a couple new recipes soon that were a hit.

Sounds like a great idea to me! I feel we rush away Tgiving and move on to Cmas. This is the perfect time for Tgiving. I think I will turn Canadian, eh?

DH finally tried the smoker. He is enjoying it. We have a pork belly brining to make bacon, and tomorrow we will try the Canadian bacon we made. Hey, there you go, A Canadina breakfast!
Ellen B, your table is so beautiful as usual ;-). I like the idea of celebrating a Canadian Thanksgiving as well as an American…excellent idea!! Makes me wonder why we in the Gagnier family don’t do that. They are all Canadian after all.
