…be too thankful!
So we decided not to wait till November to celebrate Thanksgiving. We decided to celebrate with our Canadian cousins, our neighbors to the North.

We had a great evening with Katie, Steve and Lana. I’ll be sharing a couple new recipes soon that were a hit.
It’s 4 in the morning and now I’m HUNGRY….I’m curious to see what recipes you share. Beautiful table as always Ellen. Always a good day to be thankful. Hope you have a great weekend!
I agree! One can never be too thankful and a Thanksgiving meal is always a blessing. Oh, I’d love a head’s up on new Thanksgiving recipes.
That’s right! So very much to be thankful for. What a nice setting and it looks yummy..
Beautiful, Ellen! Look forward to the recipes…
Now, are those ORANGE goblets mixed in with the green ones? I should dearly like to know… if so, they are perfect for your autumn settings!
We can never have enough occasions to be thankful!….your dinner looks good…
Wonderful! I say, celebrate twice!!
Happy Thanksgiving.
Jody
Now…if you would just come set my table for me today…I’d be most thankful! It all looks so good.
What a pretty table! It’s good to shake things up a bit – and gathering twice in Thanksgiving can only be a good thing.
We have so many things to be thankful for…Your table scape looks wonderful, warm and cozy and just to think you were going to make this in honor of our Canadian Thanksgiving.
Bring on the Canadians!!!
Hello.
Your food looks deliciously yummy. 😉
Very nice table setting.
Awesome photos…looks like you all had a great time!
This is what life’s about…love, family, friends, happiness, laughter & good food. 😉
Thanks for sharing & for visiting.
Yesterday With You
Aw.. that looks so good, Ellen. I almost feel like I was there with you.
Your Thanksgiving dinner looks very tasty….scalloped potatoes and ham are a perfect combination. Very pretty table decor too…I love those chargers.
Sounds like a great idea to me! I feel we rush away Tgiving and move on to Cmas. This is the perfect time for Tgiving. I think I will turn Canadian, eh?
The table looks great and the meal delicious!
DH finally tried the smoker. He is enjoying it. We have a pork belly brining to make bacon, and tomorrow we will try the Canadian bacon we made. Hey, there you go, A Canadina breakfast!
Ellen B, your table is so beautiful as usual ;-). I like the idea of celebrating a Canadian Thanksgiving as well as an American…excellent idea!! Makes me wonder why we in the Gagnier family don’t do that. They are all Canadian after all.
xoxo cori g.
Beautiful table …beautiful food! Glad you enjoyed your early celebration. BTW, my daughter says to try refreshing the page when you come to my blog when it won’t let you comment. Maybe that will help. 🙂
I’ll try that Miss Debbie!
So you celebrate Canadian and American Thanksgiving? Cool!
