Matthew 2: 9-12 ~ …and the star, which they had seen in the east, went on before them until it came and stood over the place where the child was. When they saw the star, they rejoiced exceedingly with great joy. After coming into the house they saw the Child with Mary His mother; and they fell to the ground and worshipped Him. Then, opening their treasures, they presented to Him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.

Here’s the full size version of this great Nativity I saw in a store in Bellevue, Washington…
Photobucket is holding all my photos from 2007-2015 hostage and demanding a ransom for me to access them. I’m slowly cleaning up many of my posts where PB have added ugly black and grey boxes where my photos used to be. So frustrating!
That is a lovely Nativity. It is so hard to find them today it seems.
That is such a beautiful Nativity…. and Oh the wise men who travelled afar to see the Christ :o)

Getting me right in the season! Wow! Happy WFW!
Great pictures. Also very reassuring that a store has a nativity. You just do not see that much anymore. Have a great WFW!
What an amazing nativity scene. . .so wonderful to see the reality of Christmas still displayed. We have a very nice one in our town square as well, that needs to be watched day and night, since it is out in the open. . still, it goes up every year. .
Beautiful nativity, beautiful Scripture…beautiful WFW!

Blessings Ellen…What a beautiful Nativity scene and verse! My mom had a beautiful set that she painted every Christmas…pure white and the colored lights lit them up or even the clear lights made them so real!
Beautiful post…even when one “t” gets lost…Matthew doesn’t mind!
This is a perfect post to prepare us for the season! Looking toward the star!!! Thank you for sharing! May I copy the Nativity Scene?
