Pink Saturday ~ Shopping and Walking

Today for Pink Saturday I’m sharing some photos from my walks in Camarillo, California and a great Home Decor Store that is housed in a old Farmhouse in Bothell, Washington. Have a great September Saturday everyone.

This is an interesting Bougainvillea that has been trained into a bush. We usually see these more spread out growing on fences and sides of homes or patios.

This was the Pink Room in the Cranberry Cottage on Bothell-Everett Highway in Bothell. Across the street from Country Village. They sell a combination of antique, collectibles, and new goodies.

Photobucket is holding all my photos that I posted on my blog from 2007-2015 hostage and replaced them with big black and grey boxes with threats. So discouraging…as I’m slowly trying to clean up thousands of posts!

  1. Happy Pink Saturday, Ellen.

Bougainvillea is one of my all time favorites. We had one climbing a trellis on one side of our home before we moved.

Those sheers on that window look so pretty.

  2. Hi Ellen B.,
The bougainvillea is gorgeous! Did you include some pictures of this plant in your Engagement party post? I seem to remember some shots and wondering what the plant was but forgot to ask. They were taken from a different angle.
Lovely pink post. Have fun in H.B. today. I think I’m off to buy a new car this afternoon.

  3. I’ve been to Country Village numerous times, yet have never gone across the street. Thanks for pointing that out, I’ll have to head over to the Cranberry Cottage. (apparently I have a bit of tunnel vision as to where I’m shopping!)

The bougainvellia remind me of my dad. He trained masses of them to cover the pergola he built in my childhood home.
