  1. These are lovely, Ellen. As we warm up around here and our six-inch-thick blanket melts before our eyes, I begin to believe flowers such of these will blanket our landscape. Thanks for being a source of hope!

  2. Okay, I have 5 inches of the snow on the ground left over from the weekend, and you’re showing me bright flowers signaling in spring. That’s just mean! šŸ˜‰ (jk)

    Nice composite shot.

  3. I live in central California and I saw some bugs on some fruit trees the other day. I also have a few daisy’s popping up in my flowerbed. Oh yes, spring is on its way. Thanks for all the beautiful photographs. Have a great WW. šŸ™‚

  4. So pretty! I’m thinking about sharing pix from my front yard tomorrow as a Wordless Wednesday. Three purple irises bloomed yesterday … early because of the abrupt shift in weather from rainy to sunny. I’ve got some other bulbs blooming early too.
    Hugs and blessings,

  5. We aren’t too far away from you and we are seeing some serious signs of spring here for sure.

Beautiful shots. I really liked your high surf ones (above) also.

  6. It’s great to see some signs of spring like these. Actually, today was a really warm sunny day in California. I was traveling out of the city, and got to enjoy a bit of it šŸ™‚

  7. I still love your flowers with the ocean in the background. I shared some shots from my front yard this morning. It’s amazing how quickly Spring has arrived in Southern California after last weekend’s rain.
    Hugs and blessings,
