My white peony bush is so full of blooms that it is hard to keep up with them. I’ve shared some bouquets but many of our friends have bushes of their own. If someone was getting married this week they could have a beautiful bouquet from our backyard.
We have a quiet weekend coming up and I’m good with that. Next week is busy ending with a busy weekend.
Hope you have a good weekend.
Gorgeous!
Beautiful. Are they scented?
Yes Barbara, delightfully so.
…they come in some many beautiful colors and forms.
Hello,
The White peonies are beautiful! Have a great day and a happy weekend!
Peonies are my favourite and yours look stunning. Wish I was nearby so that I could pick a bunch :j Have a lovely weekend. B x
I would gladly share…
They are beautiful and I love the white and blue plates too!
Aren’t they beautiful? I am so enjoying the blooms from my white peony bush as well.
Awwww…Wonderful peonies!
Gorgeous! I think it’s Festiva Maxima, one of the few that will tolerate (barely) Southern California. But in your neck o’ the woods, they are truly thriving!
I love seeing your gorgeous peonies, Ellen! I moved mine last fall and will have to wait for them to acclimate to their new home! Your Beatrix Potter figurines look darling in front of your lovely china. Happy June!
Good eye in spotting my Beatrix Potter figurines Martha Ellen! Happy June to you, too.
Ellen – what a blessing! The cup that runneth over! When we lived in Ohio, I always cut my peony flowers before a rain because they would be dashed and drooping so badly! Enjoy your quiet weekend!
Your white peonies are gorgeous. It’s been a good year for peonies here, too. I love their ruffles. I hope you feel rested and restored after your quiet weekend.
Those are beautiful! That’s a flower I don’t have in my yard. Are they hard to grow?
Cindy, they are not hard to grow. Once they establish they come back every year.
All flowers are lovely and I especially love white ones. Your peonies are gorgeous. We have red ones in our garden and we enjoy them during the flowering season. Happy June days to you and your family dear Ellen.
Hi Linda, our red peonies are the first to bloom and our pink ones are the last to bloom. Thanks for stopping by…
