Thank you to Denise from House at Forest Manor for adding a link to these great workouts for Seniors like me. I’m following along with these two on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I’ve been so sedentary that even though these are easy my muscles are letting me know I’ve been using them. That’s a good thing. I’ll try adding something different for Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We warmed up enough one day this week for me to finish the clearing of flower beds that I should have done in the Fall!
You will feel exponentially better over time! I workout with a trainer twice a week and get in at least 30 minutes of vigorous exercise and 10,000+ steps daily. At this age, it’s non-negotiable for me in an effort to sleep better, stay limber, maintain balance and muscle strength, and keep an overall healthy body. When I turned 60 I realized it HAD to happen! I’m glad you’re exploring the videos and gettin’ jiggy with it!😄 Here’s to your health!🥛

These lockdowns are doing a number on our physical health. I force myself to walk up and down the hallway or up and down the driveway. This seems like something I should look into.

Thanks for sharing these workouts! I’ve been trying to motivate myself to get up and do some walking or something! This past year has had me glued to my chair much more than I like or need!

My 6 mile walk keeps me in shape. I also have a light weights routine that I do.

Thank you so much for the shoutout, and I’m very glad you’re finding these exercise videos beneficial. I think she has some very good ones for seniors (like me). I have also been way too sedentary, and I can tell the exercises are helping me feel better.
