Thank you to Denise from House at Forest Manor for adding a link to these great workouts for Seniors like me. I’m following along with these two on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I’ve been so sedentary that even though these are easy my muscles are letting me know I’ve been using them. That’s a good thing. I’ll try adding something different for Tuesdays and Thursdays.
