Our youngest turned thirty today. We started celebrating yesterday.
Our daughters and I went to the Queen Mary Tea Room to celebrate birthdays on Boxing day.
Laura and Katie have birthdays in December and Jamie, Dan, and Josh have birthdays in January.
It was Jamie’s first time to enjoy a formal tea. Pinkies up!
Later on boxing day Katie had some old friends over to celebrate with a Raclette meal and we had cake!
We gave Katie her gifts at breakfast time this morning before she and Andrew headed out to an early showing of the new Star Wars movie. The fun just goes on and on…
We’re enjoying the last few hours with Dan and Jamie before they fly back to Eastern Washington tonight.
Photobucket is holding all my photos from 2007-2015 hostage on their site. All my photos that I stored and uploaded from that site are now big ugly black and grey boxes with a message to pay big bucks to get them restored to my blog. It will take me a long time to restore thousands of posts.
Aw! What a happy celebration! Our oldest will be 35 this January. It doesn’t seem possible!
You know how to celebrate that close to Christmas birthday just perfectly! What fun for all of you. Beautiful family. Happy New Year!
Happy Birthday to Katie! Looks as if it was an eventful and fun day all around!
Happy Birthday, Katie!!
What a lovely cake!
What a fun birthday celebration, crowned with raclette and cake — what could be better? Love those happy smiles.
Happy 30th birthday to Katie and God’s blessings in this new decade ahead. Nice to see her December birthday was a distinct celebration of its own and all the family was there at this time. Doesn’t it feel strange when your youngest turns thirty? Where have the years gone?
What fun – a formal tea party!!! Happy Birthday to your “baby” girl!
Looks like fun in the city…
Happy 30th to Katie! I love her igloo cake–did you make that Ellen? The formal tea looked like a wonderful outing to enjoy. I hope you all have a very Happy and Healthy 2016! I’ll be back ina week or two after I recover from surgery==please keep me in your prayers–thanks!
Happy belated birthday to Katie! looks like it was a great day!
Blessings,
Sue
Happy Birthday to Katie!!!
