Over the weekend we had some beautiful sunrises. Friday evening while in downtown Seattle for Dear’s work party I snapped these shots.

All that’s left for me to do for Christmas morning is to wrap the presents. We’ll see if I fit in some baking, too.
How’s your week going?
Hasn’t the weather been wonderful? When I think of this time three years ago when we were snowed in I shudder.
Wow, beautiful pictures! I probably need to clean to get ready for company more than I need to bake but baking sounds much more fun right now…..especially if it was chocolate. I need to get my thoughts together for meals while everyone is here. I need a Christmas day dessert which is totally eluding me right now. So far I know we’re having Prime Rib and a turkey breast for those not into beef but that’s as far as I’ve gotten. I best get to thinking. My dad is bringing the traditional cinnamon rolls for Christmas morning. I think I’ll go over to MMGCC to look for dessert ideas. Hope your day is grand!
What a beautiful sky! Sounds like you are ready…and in wait for Christmas. I feel like we have celebrated all month…..no rush on here, just one more time around the tree and table at our place. It’s been a really special month of celebrations.
These photos are inspirational. What a good prep. for the glorious Day! Looks like Seattle is a festive city. Enjoy the fruit of your labor and savor it all… I look forward to your Christmas post! 😉
Pretty! You are well ahead of schedule, Ellen. Relax…enjoy. It’s Christmas!
Exquisite sunrises…did the old adage hold true?( “Red sky in the morning sailors take warning.”) Things are coming along, but I am nowhere near “ready” yet.
Looks like us early birds have been enjoying very similar sunrises! Good for you for putting your feet up!
