I’m posting my last Summer Tablescape and joining Susan at Between Naps on the Porch for her weekly event.
Thank you for stopping by. Hope you enjoy your last week of summer. I’ll be in South Carolina for the last day of summer and beginning of fall. I’m hoping the weather turns more fall like by then in the South but I know that will probably not be the case.
Photobucket replaced all my photos with ugly black and grey boxes and they are holding my photos hostage until I pay them lots of money. Iām slowly going through all my posts and trying to clean them up and replacing some photos. Such a bother.
Wow, Ellen – you sure know how to put a pretty table together.
The colours remind me of something else with a retro theme!
I have missed seeing these. I mean you have shown some in posts but they haven’t been the focus. Beautiful. Haveca great trip. š Be safe
Love that vintage tablecloth, and you tied it all together perfectly! Those blue plates are so pretty!

What a lovely tablecloth and napkins! They coordinate beautifully with the reds and blues in your dinnerware. Such a colorful, pretty table! Nicely done, Ellen.

Love the tablecloth and how you layered the plates, bringing out all the colors.
Very nice!
I don’t think I’ve ever seen red dishes with such a nice, bold red. Often, they are more muted. I really love yours and the way they look with the vintage tablecloth and all of the other vivid colors. VERY summery!!

What a fantastic vintage table linen. I love the cherries – they are so cheerful! And your dishes coordinate so perfectly. It is a lovely table to celebrate the end of summer.
You had me immediately with the wonderful vintage table topper mixed with the blue undercloth…my name is Cherry Kay, so I’m always ‘eyes wide open’ to anything with cherries. I really like the red dinner plate, in particular. It mixes so well with the blue accent plate. You have a great eye for balance and proportion. Thank you for sharing your charming design. Cherry Kay
This is so pretty, and quite unique with those neat colors all coordinated together! Great job!
I’m still trying to catch up before I do my cloche party post!
