Katie in my wedding gown in February of 2001. She is 16 here.
Our Wedding Day, December 6, 1974 ~ Ellen b. with her niece Jenna…
Our Anniversary is tomorrow and Dear is in New Orleans at a conference and I’m in Seattle. We’ll have to put off celebrating till later in December. Oh and that wedding dress…the only way it would fit now is if I cut myself in half.
Our tree is arriving today so you know what I’ll be doing for the rest of the day…
Have a great Saturday!
Photobucket is holding all my photos that I stored on their site from 2007-2015 hostage replacing them with ugly grey and black boxes and asking for a large ransom to retrieve them. It is a slow process to go through all my posts deleting the ugly boxes.
Both you and Katie look beautiful in your gown. Katie is the picture of you in that photo.
Congratulations on 35 wonderful years together!
(I fit into my gown for a picture on our 25th – but it had an empire waist – and I didn’t quite button every button in the back 🙂
Happy Anniversary, Ellen!. I love to see wedding pictures, and you look lovely in your gown. (I’d have to cut myself in half to get into mine too!)
Awww, Happy Anniversary!!
NO Bangs!!! I had to read it twice to see if it was you!
( I would have to cut myself in quarters!!!!…not good no matter how ya look at it!!! )
Happy 35 years to you and Dear 😀
Happy Anniversary to you both!
Happy Anniversary Ellen. These are fun photos of your dress! I remember reading about you and Katie tackling your tree another year.
Well that stinks about your anniversary! But Happy Anniversary!!! Maybe you could plan a date with Katie instead ;-).
Ellen B., you both look so stunning in your wedding gown. isn’t that funny how that works about the gowns? I could get mine on I just couldn’t zip it up in the back…oops! I think after Christmas would be a good time to go on a diet.
Have fun trimming your tree ;-).

Happy Anniversary…and happy tree decorating! How fun to see you in your gown. I know what you mean…about needing surgery to fit into those long ago wedding gowns.
Happy Anniversary to you Ellen and your dear. Oh . . what a beautiful bride. The dress is so classic to that era. . .I loved your hair. . .so pretty. . very lovely bride.
Oh, Happy Anniversary! What a fun way to show your wedding dress – much better than cutting yourself in half to fit into it now…. 😉 Hope you have a great celebration!
Happy Anniversary! You were a beautiful bride.
