Every other Saturday or so it’s time for a Round Robin Photo Challenge. This Saturday’s theme is growing. Here are the guidelines…
This one was suggested last year by Jan, AKA Whammy, of The Ellis Family Cincinnati. I’ll let her introduce it:
One of our daughters gave me an idea for a Round Robin…what about “Growing“? We thought we would leave it wide open. Since it was spring it could be flowers in your yard, a baby bird in a nest, grass, budding…or kids growing up.
I guess I should have mentioned that this is an Azalea in my front planter in Washington State.

Photobucket is holding all my photos that I stored on their site from 2007-2015 hostage replacing them with ugly grey and black boxes and asking for a large ransom to retrieve them. It is a slow process to go through all my posts deleting the ugly boxes.
Ellen, these are so lovely! You always take the most amazing photographs!
XO,
Sheila 🙂
What lovely shots. So crisp…will you come and show me first how to plant such great looking plants and then how to photograph them?
Hi!
Beautiful flower!! Is that a rose bush? Great photos! Mine is posted at my place, Sherrie’s Stuff. Have a great day!

Very nice. I am also wondering if it is a rose bush…
Ellen: Thanks for the comment on my blog – however – that post jumped out to soon and I threw it back!

This is so lovely – is it a tulip tree or magnolia or what?

The photo of the rose bush…beautiful! I can even smell it!
Growing is a great choice for the round robin challenge. I haven’t ever done one of those but it sounds like a great idea. Beautiful azaleas.
Very pretty buds and then a beautiful flower.
What pretty azaleas. Here in the deep south, the most azaleas are about gone—glad you have these to enjoy!
