Today’s Flowers ~ #15

This was another flower I saw on one of my walks last week. I think it’s a variety of hibiscus. After I uploaded these photos I noticed that little ant in the top photo. :0)

Photobucket is holding all my photos from 2007-2015 hostage and demanding a ransom for me to access them. I’m slowly cleaning up many of my posts where PB have added ugly black and grey boxes where my photos used to be. So frustrating!

  1. It looks so delicate and lovely!
Don’t you just love it when you see something come up on downloading you didn’t see when you were shooting the image? I do. I always wish though I had known so I could have concentrated on it more too.

  2. Hi Ellen,
Beautiful photo. It’s fun to be thankful for the little things.
I found your blog when looking for info about the Tea Fire. Thanks for being a resource for fire info and a source of blessing. I have two kids living in Southern California and I live 8 hours away so it’s good to get updated info. I talked to my son in Fullerton yesterday, and he had stories to tell. We look forward to rain:) and will thank the Lord for it when we get it. Thanks for sharing your stories and prayer requests and blessings and photos. I’ll be checking your site and look forward to more.

  3. Hibiscus is a wonderful choice for TF. This double yellow one looks gorgeous. Hibiscus to me epitomize sunny, tropical days. It is raining here today! Have a nice week.

  4. Beautiful flower…I’ve never seen a yellow hibiscus.

thx for the fire post of yesterday….we’ve been following it on ABC news on my internet. Haven’t heard from the kids yet. I think Kathy and Len need about a 5 bedroom house with all the people that stay there from time to time….she is an amazing hostess!! God bless you all
