Vintage Thingies Thursdays

These are more of our Vintage goodies from my Mil Verna. My husband and his brother both wanted the cowboy bookends so we split them up. We have 8 matching glasses to go with the pitcher. I should have filled them with something for the photo :0)

Photobucket is holding all my photos from 2007-2015 hostage on their site. All my photos that I stored and uploaded from that site are now big ugly black and grey boxes with a message to pay big bucks to get them restored to my blog. It will take me a long time to restore thousands of posts.

  1. Lovely display!
Ellen B., what shade of green are your walls? I think I’m suffering from green envy right this moment and it just occured to me that green must be your favorite color!

  2. Those little bottles are so cute… I always enjoy your Vintage posts. They allow me to catch a glimpse of things from the past which I have never seen.

    Thanks, Ellen! 🙂

  3. Oh I love your vintage items! Those cowboy bookends are priceless and I’d be afraid to drink out of the pitcher or glasses! 🙂 Beautiful! Thank you for sharing!

Yes, my husband is a UW alum and proud of it! 🙂 We live in the Renton Highlands but I work in downtown Seattle (Belltown). We sure do love it here. My husband was born and raised in Kent and I just moved here about 4 years ago. It’s a beautiful area!

Yes, rain, rain, rain all weekend! The weather has been gorgeous up until this point. I don’t mind the rain now and then – I actually get things done in the house! 🙂
