I got a kick out of this great advice on the side of a railroad car that is now parked at Country Village in Bothell, Washington.
And this Ruby Umbrella was at Country Village Also.
Another shot from Bothell along the Sammamish River Trail a couple of Kayakers in ruby Kayaks!
Happy Ruby Tuesday everyone. Click over to Work of the Poet for more Ruby…
Photobucket is holding all my photos from 2007-2015 hostage on their site and have replaced my photos with black and grey boxes of ugliness. I’m slowly deleting those boxes from my blog and trying to update so many posts, very frustrating.
Fun sign, neat umbrella, but the kayakers are my favorites! What a lovely river scene. Happy Ruby Tuesday.
not too far from where I grew up!!
Wow.. that umbrella’s truly awesome! It’s so beautiful!
Mine’s HERE. Happy Tuesday!
I like the train car. Not that those vagabonds that hop trains to ride for free are going to read these safety sayings as they are trying to hop a moving train.
I wonder if that frilly red umbrella will actually repel water!
Hi,
All your pictures are interesting but I like the train car best of all!!
Junie
I’m loving the shade of ruby on the umbrella 🙂 Would be great if I had to shade me from the horrible sun rays now…
Happy Ruby Tuesday Ellen!
I would have a had time deciding on which of these I like best! Really nice shots.
I’d LOVE to own a red kayak. Kayaking is such fun!
Recognize some of those shots! I like the kayaks the best though!!
Love that umbrella!!
I love the umbrella, too. Those kayaks are a nice Ruby Tuesday find.
Okay, the Washington pics have been great…but we are ready for you to return to the south. Sure you can enroll in the school…quite the commute each Friday, but if you’re up for it….
That umbrella is very victorian looking.
I love the reflection in the water with the kayaks.
Nice variety for Ruby Tuesday…
That ruby umbrella is really fun and makes for a good pic with its vibrant colour 🙂
Love your red choices!!
🙂
The umbrella is perfect.
Love all the pics, but my absolute fav is that stunning ruby umbrella! The lighting in the middle is delightful!
Love the photos.
The message on the rail car is great and the color of the umbrella is striking. I wouldn’t mind being the third kayak in that last photo.
I just love that ruby umbrella, it’s gorgeous, and your shot of it is great. The other pics are great too, but the umbrella’s my fave! (Got to have one!!!!)
How wonderful…must say I’m smitten with the wise words on the railroad car too! That parasol is dreamy…Happy Tuesday, Ellen ((HUGS))
Good eye, good eye! Love that umbrella!!!
You get free walnuts?! That’s just fabulous! Do you make a lot of chocolate chip cookies with walnuts in it? 😉
ellen, great photos for Ruby Tuesday, especially that gorgeous umbrella which I wouldn’t take out in the rain… Ha! 🙂 Happy Ruby Tuesday!
My favourite is the umbrella, I, ve never seen one like that!
the ruby umbrella is stunning, the light coming thru amazing
and I love the little red kayaks! they look so small in a giant world
All three are good, but I think I like the river one best – beautiful brolly though :O)
my goodness, that umbrella is fantastic
These are all great. I love the train but I love the umbrella too. Wonderful angle and the way the light comes through make it very interesting.
All your shots are lovely, but I would most love to sit beneath that umbrella, sip a cool drink and read a favorite novel.
I love that umbrella! The kayaking duo remind me of fun times up on the lake in Maine, and of my Dad’s red canoe which he named Gertrude after his mother!
Three great ruby contributions, my favourite, being of an old railroad family is the rairoad car.
Awesome shots love train! Happy Ruby Tuesday to you!
That first one is fantastic! Thanks for sharing.
Hi Ellen, I’m running late today but I sure am glad I got to come over here! I like your red kayaks the best even if their display of red is limited.
Thank you for peeking in on my baby quilts. This is a nice project for us.
..
That’s terrific advice in the 1st shot…. all are wonderful selections for RT. I’d give anything to be out kayaking today!
