That looks absolutely delicious, Ellen! I have to admit, blueberry clafoutis is one of those desserts that I could quite happily convince myself is a perfectly reasonable breakfast choice! 😂 The photos have definitely made me hungry. Thanks for sharing the recipe – I may have to give this one a try. Blueberries and a warm dessert are a pretty hard combination to resist!
