Hello from Summers past. This shot above was from Butchart Gardens in 2009.
Time for summer sport camps and lots of time outside in the sun!

For us older folk it means mowing and weeding and watering!
After we did a lot of weeding we took a drive into Kettle Falls in search of a good hamburger.

We were very pleased with the quality of our burgers and with my onion rings at a little joint in Kettle.

Heading back to Colville from Kettle on Highway 395, I took a photo of this beautiful first day of summer view.
We will be enjoying our first Summer adventure the last weekend of June into July. More about that soon.
Happy Summer to all of you.
…why do kids have all the fun?
Happy Summer to you and your family. Great photos!
Take care, have a great day and happy weekend.
Ellen, your grandchildren are so adorable. The food looks like a wonderful reward after all of that weeding and watering! Have a wonderful weekend, my friend. xx
Aw – Happy Summa’ to you too!!! It’s hot and humid over here and the weeds and lawn are growing way too fast. Take time to enjoy these summer days.
Happy First Day of Summer! Finally, it does feel like summer today! Love all your outdoor summer activities, so fun to play tennis with the kids, and that hamburger looks amazing! Love it when local food is such a delight to enjoy! Have a wonderful weekend, and will look forward to hearing about your summer adventures!
Lovely photos of the grands. They are getting so big!
Beautiful scenery on your way back home.
Love that picture of you two at Butchart Gardens. I visited there in 1978. One of the highlights of a three week high school trip from San Diego to Canada. That hamburger looks delicious!
Summer, both past and present, looks wonderful! Off to a great start.
Always love blue sky and clouds. Sweet photos of your grandchildren!
