We were surprised and excited to see this little fawn visit our yard with mama deer.
We watched through the windows not wanting to spook them.
They found the water we leave out for them and had a good drink before they headed off.

When we lived in Texas Hill Country, we would have mommy drop their babies in our yard. Love it! We are in Oklahoma now and do see the deer.

That is so sweet. I love seeing all the deer come by. I just wish they wouldn’t eat up all my plants. We had a young buck hanging around the neighborhood for several weeks and he chewed my new hostas down to the nub and ate my coral bell right out of the pot before I had a chance to even get it into the ground! Bless his prong horned little head!
