We had a great escape on Saturday running away from the storms and catching some blue skies. There was lots of wind that whipped our hair around. I’ll fill in the blanks about our tea and tulip time gradually this week. Lots to do around here and my brain is too tired for too many words. The men folk got a lot accomplished while we played. God bless them. Tomorrow is another big day in the packing world. Hope all of you are doing well.

Wow, wow, wow. I can’t get over those tulip fields … and my hubby wants to know how they keep the deer from eating them? You all look so happy … glad you got a little break from your packing regime – and God bless the menfolk for supporting you! Look forward to hearing more.
And by the way, we would love to have you visit us in Montana!
What a perfect escape in your very stressful life at the moment. Looks like you had a fun time. The tulips are gorgeous. Hope all goes well this week. B x
Hi Ellen, These are the most wonderful pictures! You all look so happy and the surroundings are gorgeous! What a fun time amidst all the chaos – you deserved it. Blessings to you this week. Wish I lived close enough to help – I’m an expert packer lol
…tea at your new house?
So glad that you took a break! That it involved tea and tulips makes it all the better. And dear ones makes it even sweeter still. Pace yourselves now…
Love,
Vee
Hello, Ellen! Tea and tulips, sounds like a fun time with the girls. Love the tulips! Happy Monday, have a great day and new week!
Stunning!! Every year I want to go to the tulip festival, but each time we come to visit Canada, it’s never the right season. So I guess seeing them on your blog will have to do. They are just so beautiful! Glad you had a good outing.
Yay for the tulip fest! So pretty! My sister brought a friend over from Eastern Washington and enjoyed a day there, too. They weren’t quite in their full glory but those fields are a thing of beauty no matter what!
What a lovely day. Tea and tulips.

This would have been my kind of outing no matter the weather.
I’m curious to know where Camomile Farm is? I’ve looked online and don’t find anything.
Sharon, It’s called Willowbrook Manor in Sedro Wooley.
Those masses of tulips make me swoon! Great reason to take a break from the boxes . . . swooning over tulips and hanging with some lovely ladies in your family.
What a joyful day! I adore the rows of happy tulips and what a gorgeous home. May you have a wonderful week of lovely weather!
What a charming place! I love the old home, beautiful tea cups, and tulip gardens. How fun that must have been to visit!
