Linking up to Good Fences with TexWisGirl.
Can you believe this is the last Good Fences for the month of October? Here’s an October fence from our own backyard taken on Wednesday. We are in the midst of some very sloppy weather here in the Seattle area! I took this shot from our kitchen window.
Happy end of October to all of you! Do you have a costume picked out for Halloween?
Your fence photos are all beautiful. We are hoping for rain here today. I would love to be able to at least put a hat on our little dog for Halloween but he growls at us if we get close! lol
Loved all the various fenced in sights.
I love that red building and thought…Amish?? and it must be in Amish country… I love it!! All great pictures!!
A great selection of fences there but I wonder if the red brick building was formerly a school or meeting house? I love these Amish scenes!
Wonderful images of your Amish fences. Your Seattle backyard looks similar to our—a bit north of you.

I love Halloween, but don’t do costumes any more. Do you?
What a great series of the countryside. Loved seeing the Amish buggies too.
Nice fences, love the one with the Amish buggies. Yep your fence is wet just like ours on the other side of the state. Rain, rain go away!
It is sloppy here today too. Love the pic with the buggies!
Good fences. And good memories of our time in Amish country!
great photos…bet the bldg in the first was an olden school…thanks for coming by and I always feel strange when a world famous chef like you and your M. girls likes one of my humble recipes…which this one belongs to Jeanie…but, any way, thanks for the kind words.
wet leaves. 🙂 love the horse views.
Great fence pictures from Amish Country! It’s sloppy weather over here too today!
Seattle is known for sloppy weather, right? It just dawned on me that you seldom mention the rain. It’s raining here…guess we’ll get caught up from our drought. Four days of rain puts me in a very funky mood, but I am hoping to stay busy instead of succumbing to napping.
Poor barbecue — all covered up for the season. The heritage trail pictures were lovely; that is definitely barn and fence country there. Alwalys all so neat and pretty too — never a thing out of place.
Great fence photos! The second one is my favorite
Hello, great series of fence shots. I love the horses and Amish buggies. Your deck is nice!
Happy Friday, enjoy your weekend!
Hello!:) Such lovely fence scenes with horses, and buggies. Love the orange colours of your.deck.:)
Your deck looks like a really great place to sit and relax and enjoy the garden!
a very nice selection of fences. I like the one with the buggies in it.
