So this happened this past Saturday. My 93 year old pop got his turn to hit the pinata at his great granddaughter’s 7th birthday party! I’m glad they didn’t blindfold him! He was really tuckered out after the long drive and all the fun of this day.

So much fun for the grands and greats to see your dad still participating in family events and activities. I still remember my great-grandmother riding a bicycle just to prove that she still could…we were all twittering with excitement. Then she decided to play baseball and run her own bases. I won’t be like her, I’m afraid. Such people are a special breed…like your dad!
