…we are still celebrating.
This time it was just Dear and I who went out to dinner to celebrate my birthday which was a week ago. Greg searched on line to find a restaurant that served some good sounding lamb dishes.
We ended up at Pogacha Restaurant in Bellevue. Dear had the Lamb T-Bone Chop and I had the Lamb Shank. The meat was falling offย the bone on my Lamb Shank and that’s the way I like it. Dear enjoyed his chops…a lot. We had a pear cobbler like dish for dessert. We shared. It was nice to share a meal together at the end of a week filled with ups and downs.
What a beautiful day we had on Friday. This was one of our views driving home from the restaurant. The mountains you see are in the Cascade Mountain Range. We are hoping for a few more dry sunny days so we can do a major clean up of our yard.
What are your plans for the weekend?
It looks like you had a very nice meal! I am still lagging behind in my office space. I have paperwork here and there and I have no excuses.. I need to tackle it and get it picked up..
Looks yummy! Our Tenn family is here for the weekend. So, we will be enjoying them!
A very nice birthday celebration for you and your dh, the scenery was beautiful. I never tire of taking country rides especially when they include a restaurant. ~smile~
Enjoy your weekend.

Those skies are gorgeous! It is always nice to get away alone together. It sounds so cozy and romantic.
Yum! A nice spring meal! And a nice to see your visit to Dan’s too.
Your meal looks lovely…but even more lovely to share it with your beloved after a “week filled with ups and downs.” Such time is restorative.
I am a big fan of extending the birthday celebrations! Why limit all the fun to one day? ๐
My plans aren’t nearly as exciting as your fun meal ๐ A nice end to a hard week, though.
Those lamb dishes look wonderful – so nice to have a get-away with your Dear this way!! Sounds like you needed this treat. We won’t be cleaning up our yard anytime soon over here but just came home on icy and snow covered roads from a fantastic pot-luck Mission’s Supper at our church! Exercise would be in order after that feast – lol! Take care…
That food looks most wonderful! You really know how to keep the celebrations alive. We thought about yard work…but went out and about instead. Church and a concert on Sunday.
Glad you are being well celebrated!
Beautiful photos of food and mountain. Happy belated birthday and don’t you think we need to celebrate more than just one day? We’re having a second winter here. Glad to see your neck of the woods so spring-like.
That’s my kind of celebrating!!! Keep it going for the rest of the month!!!
Happy birthday! The meals look delicious. I love lamb, my mom used the make the best lamb stew ever! I haven’t had it for a long, long time.
