For my flashback this week I’m going back to England in 1973/1974. When we travel to England this coming July we hope to duplicate some of our visits from the 70’s.
Maybe I’ll get tea in bed, too.
If you could travel anywhere for 2 weeks where would you choose to go?

Got room in your suitcase? I’d go where you’re going.
hmmm….idk! There are so many places I want to go, but I am sure it would be somewhere in Europe! Great look back! 🙂
I’m not much of a traveler, but I’d love to go to visit my son and his family in Maine!
Fun photos! I remember those styles. I’d go to Europe – probably France and England. So much of the world I’d love to see.
Ellen….Greg reminds me of Scot during our dating years…..he had that exact cream shirt with the plaid on top….I LOVED it! How fun that you will be revisiting these places. Where would I go? I’d love to go to Italy….or Paris. We might go camping….and we’d both be in our glory:)
Oh Ellen – what great pictures – love the fashions. It’s so great that you are planning to revisit this trip! Where would I go if I had 2 weeks – maybe Machu Pichu?? Would love to see that someday!
I loved all these photos! Your Katie looks just like you. The 70’s was a a fabulous time to travel–less tourists and more sights were free and open. Now Stonehenge is fenced off and protected.
My husband would love to revisit Italy and see all his remaining aunts and uncles and cousins.
I would love to do one of the river cruises on a European river and see sights I’ve never seen before. I’s also love to visit more National parks in the US–Glacier NP is on my list.
Beautiful photos of equally enchanting memories, I’m sure! Although I live in Europe, the only country I’ve had the pleasure of visiting is England. Next up, France, le fantastique!

Hawaii – definitely Hawaii…
Jerusalem, with my camera!
It is poignant revisiting the past like this and seeing our young selves again. Wonderful to recall happy times, but also a little bittersweet, at least in my opinion.
I’m so happy for you that you will be revisiting some of these places in person too, for your anniversary. Wonderful!
