Had to analyze this a bit and put it into today’s language. Wow. The meaning behind these words opened wide. For example, verse two:
Even though everything in my life is going very well, may I respect and honor You in my thoughts, You be my strength through any physical or emotional pain, and keep me from depression or hopeless thinking.

I like Vee had to sit and think some on these words. There is lots here….I have not read the words to this old hymn in a long time. I’m going to copy it down…..for more thought in my quiet times.
This was a song written by my great aunt Rosa Mulholland.
