When we were in Huntington Beach for Debbee and Lenny’s wedding we had the chance to walk to the beach and enjoy the sand and surf for a couple hours after a delicious brunch at Nick and Vera’s (Father and Mother of the bride).
My sister Vera lives within walking distance to the beach so we put our flip flops on and started walking…
We had quite the volatile weather on Monday, winds, calm, sunshine, fluffy clouds, dark clouds, downpours, lightning, thunder. How are things in your corner?
Nice beach pictures Ellen. It’s really cold here and there’s a frost warning for tonight!! We are watching the Toronto vs. Boston Hockey game and having a heart attack! It’s a tie game going into overtime – eek!
Our annual beach trip with the family is in June.Your pics make me want to go NOW!! Cool and breezy here today… 80’s predicted for tomorrow. Glad you had a nice Mother’s Day!
Love the pictures of the children at the water – lovely pictures, Ellen, they make me long for the ocean.
Makes me long for the beach!
I just read Rosella’s comment…and know that her story (game) never ended well. Sigh!
Beautiful sailboat picture. We had one when I was growing up but I’ve never taken one out to sea. We are in the 90’s today, but lovely sunshine and our farming friends are finally able to get out into the fields to plant their crops. I mowed early and I’m making Lemon Bread for hubby’s office now, in the air conditioning. LOVE my air conditioned home!
Ellen, you made me want to go to the beach. Beautiful pictures, and it looks like everyone was having such fun. laurie
With low 90s temps I have been craving some beach time. Thanks for providing some!
Those photos are fun! Beautiful memories that will not be washed away with the tide.
Looks like you are recapturing some of your fun time wedding activities. Looks awesome on a hot day. Let’s all go to the beach.
Fun memories!
Walking distance from a beach, how wonderful that must be!
