Katie and I flew South at 8:00 A.M. on Saturday and flew back North at 8:00 A.M. Sunday. We were able to attend 2 very special events within a 12 hour stretch of Saturday. We are back home recuperating from this Jet setter schedule. I’m not too proud to say that I am wiped out! I’ll share more details during the week. In the meantime here is a mosaic of many of the loved ones we were able to see and to hug. Good hugs, not polite hugs!

If I have the energy I’ll link up with Mosaic Monday with Mary at Little Red House.
The countdown continues….14 days till the wedding!
Love those real hugs! You have run a marathon this weekend….put your feet up and enjoy some R&R. You’ll need it for the next lap. The final count down is on for the wedding:)
You are one busy lady! Loved catching up on your visit to the Washington Inn! Totally amazing! Your Sunday Hymn was another blessing – thanks!
You have been going like a house on fire. Hope that this week offers some chances at rest. Everyone looks perfectly huggable to me!
Hi Ellen, I have not been here for a while. Nice to read some updates of your family.
I think the wedding is very exciting!
OH MY! That is a lot! But I know you are enjoying this special time! Get some rest! ♥♥♥
What fun, you are busy traveling. Beautiful mosaic of all your loved ones. Have a great week!
Looks like you had so much fun. Thanks for sharing.

I giggled at *good hugs, not polite hugs*! There is a real difference for sure. Wonderful mosaic. Hope you get some rest!
Visits with family are the best! Get some rest girl!
Hugs,
Jann
What a whirlwind! I can’t believe it’s just two weeks til the big day.
My goodness, you make me weary just thinking about it. Try to rest up for the big day!
You’re one busy lady! And what exciting times you are having. Enjoy them to the full. You’ll have time to rest later!
But they are all good things, so jet lag justified! 🙂
It truly was a blessing to spend the day with you and Katie. Love you so much and am so excited to see in a few weeks.
Yes…you do have good reason to be ‘wiped’! How nice that you were able to fit in all those special events and people in your 24 hour jaunt.
Trying to recall how far south you went…Texas?
I hear ya about jet lag even with short hops. The airports seem much more challenging these days, and even veteran platinum level traveler Bernie is finding air travel more tiring than before.
Glad you were still “spry” enough to make such a happy journey!
Oh wow, only 14 days till Katie’s wedding..how exciting! I’m glad you were able to fly out to participate in the happy family affairs this weekend. Two day travel must be exhausting, but those smiling fcaes must have made it all seem very worthwhile.
What an adorable babe!
I’m getting so excited for Katie and you guys. I can’t wait for the pictures.
Good hugs….not polite hugs. I love that.
Nothing better than spending time with family and getting and giving those real hugs~
Gosh, I’m tired just thinking of all that travel! Love the good hugs! Thanks for sharing at MM, Ellen! xoxo
