We really enjoyed the Aquarium on Emerald Isle in North Carolina. Because it’s off season we didn’t have any crowds to deal with which is always a plus. Besides the indoor tanks and displays we enjoyed some outdoor nature trails that are part of the Aquarium. I’ll show those photos later.
Today was a surprisingly productive day for me and I thank the Lord for that. I changed my tablecloth to a Christmas one and that is the only Christmas decor visible in my house so far. I got some laundry, cleaning, Christmas shopping, banking, and mailing done. Pats herself on the back. I’m still debating if Christmas cards are going out this year. Time will tell. Hope your days are going well.
Wow, I love that fish in the third picture! Just go with the flow that is this year! Praying you sense His presence and comfort as you find a new normal.
Cool photos! Sounds as though you are energetic..Good job!
We have a tree that isn’t decorated yet standing in the living room. It stood outside in a bucket for a week! I guess I’m just busy doing other things, and it is harder without the kids here to help or push me along.
I enjoyed your post the other day when you talked about Emerald Isle. I appreciated you showing the map. I love maps! I like to see where I am/where we’re going/where in the world we’re talking about. A few years ago my husb and I went to South Carolina and drove the Outer Banks there. Loved it! Beach on both sides, wind swept dunes, fences in sand drifts, houses up on stilts…Loved it.
Very cool photos. Love those of your daughter and the one with her dad. They look completely intrigued with what’s going on in that tank. As for cards, perhaps emailing a Jacquie Lawson card is the way to go this year. =)
Love the turtle!
Love those Santa hat wearing fish!
Sending Christmas cards: I hate to just sign our names without a brief recap of the year, but resent retelling what I already told on my blog. Folks who declare they don’t have time to read the blog…fine…but I don’t have the time to retell it *just* for them either.
If I send cards this year I was considering saying go to http:// to see the rest of the story LOL!
