Just wanted all my kind bloggy friends to know that I’m feeling a whole lot better. For the record, my tooth has not hurt at all and the temporary crown feels fine. All my discomfort involved the procedure. The fear involved with my throat and swallowing affected my whole body. Amazing how powerful fear can be. Once again thank you for your great encouragement to me.
Looks like I’ll be mowing some more leaves but not until next week! Tomorrow I get to go see my therapist hairdresser. Hope your week is going well.
I’m so glad you are feeling better. Fear is a tough one to overcome when it comes to pain.
HUGS! ~Jody
I get to see my dentist next month and I’m not looking forward to it. So glad you are feeling better.
Oh good…
I think that I’m my hairdresser’s therapist. You mean it could go the other way? Hmmm…I’m not getting my money’s worth.
Oh Ellen, I have left many a dental office and cried for myself and all the people who have to go through these things. A little tender care and drink must have helped. May you feel His grace. I love you.
I always dread the dentist visits. I’m glad you’re doing better. These Fall photos are gorgeous. I just love the colors of Fall. laurie
So glad you’re feeling better, Ellen.
So good! I’m glad the worst part is over. I know what you mean about your hairdresser. I feel like I get a really good deal when I get my nails done.
So glad today was a better day. And then a ‘therapist’ appointment tomorrow…things are really looking up!
I’m so happy to hear that the sun is out in your day! You and I are experiencing the same thing – I have an appointment for a root canal next week and am on antibiotics in ‘anticipation’!
Awww – I don’t like the dentist either. She won’t even put that rubber dam in my mouth – I gag. Glad it’s over and you’re recovering. Enjoy your hair appointment!
So so glad you are feeling better, Ellen. That horrible panicky feeling is not something you want while your mouth is stuck open and dental implements are hanging out of it!
