Butterfly House

I think I’m ready for Spring. How about you? Do you have any Spring plans?

I got a lot accomplished yesterday and today my hair will get a metamorphosis of sorts. Nothing as dramatic as this butterfly but a positive change nonetheless. Hope you have a wonderful Wednesday. Happy Birthday to my SIL in Dallas!!

Photobucket replaced all my photos with ugly black and grey boxes and they are holding my photos hostage until I pay them lots of money. I’m slowly going through all my posts and trying to clean them up and replacing some photos. Such a bother.

  1. Trying on a new look for a new decade of life, or for book related appearances? A tweak on an old style is energizing!

If I was rich as Bill Gates, I would have a butterfly house built on my property and I’d hire a staff that would know what to do what was needed to keep it wonderful.

You would have a fight on your hands if you wanted me to leave the house. Between the beauty to see and the good moisturing affect on my skin, I would have little reason to ever leave.

  2. A new hair style? Isn’t that fun!?
Did you get snow last night? We saw that it was forecast for your area, but we got it here too – I’m not impressed!

  3. Gorgeous photos Ellen. I’d love to visit a butterfly house again sometime.
Now you have to post photos of your transformation – we’re all sitting on pins and needles!

  4. Thank you for the beautiful photos. When I visit butterfly houses, I always wear a floral blouse. They think I’m a flower and land on me! Especially like the ones that have blue on their wings. Hope your haircut works out. We can all use a metamorphis, I think. Maybe I should dye my hair deep red…

  5. When we visited Puerto Rico we visited the Butterfly house too but they were all mounted in gorgeously artistic huge displays that cost thousands of dollars. I was amazed at how they mounted them all in color coordination. I would much prefer to see them fly free alive.

  6. These are such stunning photos, Ellen B. I especially love the one with the eyeball wings. He looks as if he’d camouflaged himself to protect him from snakes and lizards. The Lord God is truly amazing in all that He does.
