Sequestered…

amongst all these boxes. My brain won’t be released till I’ve gone through and sorted all this stuff. I hope to make a dent today.

As soon as the thermometer outside registers over 40 degrees I’ll pull out the cars, set up my table and get to work. This is just a shameless post to try to drum up some sympathy and also to let you know why I might be absent in Bloggyland. If I don’t surface in a couple days send out the troops to come rescue me…

Have a wonderful Tuesday everyone…

Photobucket replaced all my photos with ugly black and grey boxes and they are holding my photos hostage until I pay them lots of money. I’m slowly going through all my posts and trying to clean them up and replacing some photos. Such a bother.

About Ellenhttps://happywonderer.com/I am a wife, mother, baba (grandmother) and a loyal friend. Jesus is my King and my hope is in my future with Him.

  1. Seeing those boxes gets my china adrenalin pumping. I’d like to be digging through those with you—I know they’re full of treasures….Have fun!

  2. It’s like getting married and combining two households. You might consider erecting a guide rope so you can find your way out. Have fun 🙂

  3. Ohhhh poor Ellen♥

And you know what? That was my first thought when I looked at all of those boxes- even before I read a word. You’ll be in my prayers☺

  4. Consider re-decorating. That shade of box brown is bound to make a statement.

I just finished unpacking the next to last box from our move. Looking at your picture made me start hyperventilating. You have my sympathy. Especially when you have just 10% of the boxes left to go…

  5. All those boxes just give me the eebie-jeebs. I’ve packed and unpacked so much that I can hardly even stand packing a suitcase for vacation. Put on some good music and it will fly by quickly and relatively painlessly.

  6. oh dear . . . that looks like a big job.

I have a basement to sort and clean so I’m commiserating.

Put an audio book on – it will help pass the time. I’m listening to Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm right now. I’ve learned not to pick a mystery or something too exciting – I end up stopping work to listen 🙂

  7. Oh, I love the challenge of unpacking boxes! And finding places for all the stuff. Or getting rid of it; I love that too. Remember you don’t have to do it all at once….but I understand your angst until it gets done.

40 degrees? Gosh, it’s still pretty cold up there isn’t it!

  8. Your post title had me thinking they changed their mind…and you were back on the jury! Have fun with your new tour of duty.
