All of these views were taken at Stanley Park in Vancouver, B.C. this past Tuesday. My daughter Katie and I drove up to Canada from the Seattle area for the day.
To see more mosaics or to join in with your own mosaic visit Mary at The Little Red House.
Photobucket is holding all my photos that I stored on their site from 2007-2015 hostage replacing them with ugly grey and black boxes and asking for a large ransom to retrieve them. It is a slow process to go through all my posts deleting the ugly boxes.
I love how everything around there is scenery of water and surrounds your daughter with those wonderful yellow followers. Just wonderful 🙂
I think it is time to revisit Stanley Park. It looks lovely…even in less than perfect weather conditions.
I’ve enjoyed your Vancouver pics, Ellen. Your daughter is lovely, a sunny spot in the overcast sky… but that’s Vancouver, grey, cloudy, rainy. Thanks for the heads-up on the Teahouse Restaurant in Stanley Park. Wonder what’s the food in the first pic there, above the desserts? I’ll definitely check out the place next time. It’s great that your Seattle home is only a few hours drive to Van. You can go there more often than I!
Gorgeous pictures! Looks like a nice trip with your daughter! She’s lovely!
Beautiful pics, Ellen! Your daughter is so lovely…Christine
Wow, those clouds are amazing, and your daughter is like a ray of sunshine. 🙂 thanks so much, Ellen, for sharing your lively images at Mosaic MOnday. 🙂
Sounds like a nice trip with your daughter! I love the scenery, that building looks so quaint!
Those views are gorgeous, Ellen… such moody clouds! Wonderful to see some glimpses from your trip… And your Katie is such a lovely girl–such pretty hair! Happy Days to you all ((HUGS))
Very nice, Ellen! Have a blessed week ahead!
WOW, I can imagine how great that looks going over the bridge.
Beautiful pics, Ellen..
Can you believe I have never been to Canada, and it borders my state? But I am far from upstate NY! Maybe someday….
Welcome to Vancouver, Ellen !! Beautiful photos, and an especially beautiful daughter !!!
Lovely vistas Ellen – especially pretty with Katie in the center.
(I see in the post below that raccoons make your photo cut – I agree that they’re cuter than the other creatures starting with r)
🙂
Gorgeous pictures! Looks like you had a nice trip with your daughter. What a pretty frame for your lovely daughter.
Thank you for the tour!

Gorgeous mosaic, Ellen. My oldest daughter and her husband stayed in Vancouver when they took their Alaska Cruise. They loved it!
