Welcome to Tablescape Thursday! Please visit our hostess Susan at Between Naps on the Porch to visit more tables .
This week I’m setting the table with my Royal Stafford Dishes with Country Scenes on them. I bought 8 dinner plates and 8 salad plates from Marshalls. The dinner plates were $3.95 each and the salad plates were $2.95 each.
I bought the goblets at Goodwill and they cost me $3.00 for all 4.
I layered the black and white polka dot napkins and used the pearl napkin rings I bought at Target clearance a couple years ago.
Thank you for visiting me here and taking the time to comment. I do appreciate all my visitors and new bloggy friends.
Blessings…
Photobucket is holding all my photos that I stored on their site from 2007-2015 hostage replacing them with ugly grey and black boxes and asking for a large ransom to retrieve them. It is a slow process to go through all my posts deleting the ugly boxes.
That is one stunning table setting, Ellen. Absolutely gorgeous!
I absolutely love this!!!!
Beautiful china, Ellen. What a buy on those goblets. An all around lovely table setting.

Lovely tablescape. The polka dot napkins are such fun! The pearl napkin rings are outrageous – too bad we can’t get them now.
Oh Ellen! This is just super lovely. I have a few of the black and white plates/dishes and I heart them! I am a polka-dot fan! I love how the dots on the chargers pull in the napkins. Too cute for words! I am just taking this all in and my heart is smiling. Well done, my friend!

I always enjoy your beautiful tables, Ellen. Kim is right; this one is stunning. Just have to say that I love these plates—I have them in red/rose. When I saw them at Marshall’s I just about hyperventilated, then ran to get a cart so I could grab ’em. Transferware makes my heart pound!

Are you kidding me? Those goblets? I never, never, never find anything decent at Goodwill. I keep looking, in the hopes something will pop up. But nooooo.
I love your dishes. I almost bought them as well. But I talked myself out of it as I already have 2 other sets of black & white dishes. But I still love them. I love the goblets too.

I love your black and white tablescape, it so elegant! There’s just something about black and white decor that I like. I saw your dishes yesterday at T.J. Max and they’re really nice! I had to force myself not to spend any money- what was I doing in a store anyway? :O) Mary @Boogieboard Cottage
