Tablescape Thursday ~ Royal Stafford

Welcome to Tablescape Thursday! Please visit our hostess Susan at Between Naps on the Porch to visit more tables .

This week I’m setting the table with my Royal Stafford Dishes with Country Scenes on them. I bought 8 dinner plates and 8 salad plates from Marshalls. The dinner plates were $3.95 each and the salad plates were $2.95 each.

I bought the goblets at Goodwill and they cost me $3.00 for all 4.

I layered the black and white polka dot napkins and used the pearl napkin rings I bought at Target clearance a couple years ago.

Thank you for visiting me here and taking the time to comment. I do appreciate all my visitors and new bloggy friends.

Blessings…

Photobucket is holding all my photos that I stored on their site from 2007-2015 hostage replacing them with ugly grey and black boxes and asking for a large ransom to retrieve them. It is a slow process to go through all my posts deleting the ugly boxes.

  9. I always enjoy your beautiful tables, Ellen. Kim is right; this one is stunning. Just have to say that I love these plates—I have them in red/rose. When I saw them at Marshall’s I just about hyperventilated, then ran to get a cart so I could grab ’em. Transferware makes my heart pound!

  10. I love your dishes. I almost bought them as well. But I talked myself out of it as I already have 2 other sets of black & white dishes. But I still love them. I love the goblets too.

  15. I love your black and white tablescape, it so elegant! There’s just something about black and white decor that I like. I saw your dishes yesterday at T.J. Max and they’re really nice! I had to force myself not to spend any money- what was I doing in a store anyway? :O) Mary @Boogieboard Cottage
