Round Robin Photo Challenge ~ In Flight!

Welcome to the Round Robin Photo Challenge for April 18th. This challenge was submitted by Carly and the theme is “In Flight”. These are the choices I made for the challenge. These photos were all taken in Ventura and Santa Barbara, California.

Photobucket is holding all my photos that I stored on their site from 2007-2015 hostage replacing them with ugly grey and black boxes and asking for a large ransom to retrieve them. It is a slow process to go through all my posts deleting the ugly boxes.

  1. OH! I like the one with the blue wings!
Hey Ellen B., I added a gravitar to something and now it has me logged into wordpress as Berrycrumbs. So if you see something from Berrycrumbs it’s just little ol’ me!

    Happy Saturday!

  2. Great selection of shots. I really love the first one. They are such graceful looking birds, whether in flight or standing. Have a great week end.

  3. Hi Ellenb 🙂

That is a beautiful egret! They are my favorite bird, and sometimes they can be quite challenging to photograph. I have missed more then one opportunity for the perfect shot, because I always have to stop and watch them fly. You did such a beautiful job here. Well done!

    Always, Carly

  4. Your gull pictures are great. The one with your daughter it terrific! We had the monarch picture on our web. It was taken in our backyard in Missouri. We couldn’t believe it when we saw the trees shimmering with them.
