This was taken last Saturday at Emma Wood State Beach in Ventura, California on our Dawn walk.

Photobucket is holding all my photos I stored with them from 2007-2015 hostage unless I pay them a lot of money. I’m slowly cleaning up many posts from this time period and deleting their ugly grey and black boxes with a ransom request. Such a time consuming bother.
It;s very serene and beautiful, Ellen. π
SO BEAUTIFUL! I’M SO JEALOUS THAT YOU GET TO WALK THE BEACH EACH MORNING! YOU ARE SOOO BLESSED!!!
OK Ellen B., I’ll let you choose between the letters “L” or “R”.
Have fun! I can’t wait to see what you come up with!!!!

What a beautiful place to walk in the morning. Lovely photo.
The ocean is quite calm on this early morning. The skies are of soft colors, and the serene sky and sea are so appropriate to start the day off much less hectic than later in the day. This would be a treat to wake up to!
Birds are out with you but no surfers. The surf looks calm and inviting!
Oh my! This is a breathtaking photo! Those clouds in the background are beautifully fluffy. π
Thanks for playing along, my friend!!!
This is a gorgeous photo. What a great place to walk …. with coffee in hand. That sure would wash away any stress levels! π
Thanks for visiting mine. π
Beautiful! Makes me want to go to the beach, I’m long overdue!
I wish I could take a walk with someone dear and have a view like that everyday! Wow!
it’s a beautiful scene, walking at dawn is a wonderful way to start the day
That looks like a painting.
Beautiful Ellen. Mine is similar, but taken on Tuesday afternoon and a wee bit south π
What an awesome capture!

Have a great weekend.

Exquisite shot, ellen! I haven’t seen dawn in a dog’s age! Ha! π
I don’t know if I have been here before..but I could use a week on your beach….Michelle
The wet sand looks like it is reflecting the sky. Very nice photo.
Ellen, that’s SO beautiful. You know I love the beach! Although, I confess, it’s not often that I make it there at dawn… something about being fond of sleep once it comes to me, I guess.
