PLEASE SCROLL DOWN FOR PINK SATURDAY…
Dear and I headed up to Emma Wood State Beach early Saturday morning. It’s been several weeks since we’ve done our favorite walk and it was great to be back…
It was High Tide so we had very few steps directly on the sand.
The Fall/Winter birds were back in town. We saw lots of Godwits and Sanderlings. We saw so many Pelicans but they were all far from my camera and moving in formation across the water…
Photobucket is holding all my photos from 2007-2015 hostage and demanding a ransom for me to access them. I’m slowly cleaning up many of my posts where PB have added ugly black and grey boxes where my photos used to be. So frustrating!
What beautiful photos! I love the way you arrange them in a montage. Your seashore has so much personality with the rocks and hills behind it. Our Atlantic shore is pretty flat.
I found your blog on Tag Surfer and am so happy I did. I read your profile and was delighted to discover a true sister, so I’ll definitely be back to visit often.
Wow – beautiful shots! I love the scenery. I am sure your walk was super enjoyable with the breath-taking scenes!
I especially love that last photo!
You got some great ocean shots there. So go somewhere every Saturday to walk? We should probably do that now and then to get the exercise. But find ourselves needing to get things done that don’t get done during the week. Happy Pink Saturday!
Oh….this makes me homesick. I so badly miss the ocean and your pictures almost make me feel like I can smell the tang. So Beautiful! Thank you! Happy Pink Saturday!
Amazing shots, very nicely done!
Ellen, these are absolutely exquisite!

Good evening Ellen B.,
Have you ever thought about selling your pictures? They’re always so beautiful.
About my picture?…Quebec. The same street as the other just a different angle. I am longing to be in Quebec right now.
Have a lovely evening. I’m off to wikipedia.
Loverly! I agree with Kathy B – That last one is really pretty!!
Just got back from the gym :0
Having tuna sandwiches for dinner and I think I am now going to have chocolate peanut butter ice cream!
Molbek’s was GORGEOUS!
St. Michele has their Christmas decor up and your turkey is in the garage refrigerator.
Okay, I think that’s all for my update for tonight!
Great shots!
What a beautiful beach! You really do have the best of both worlds! Safe travels to you as you return to your PNW home for Thanksgiving. Enjoy a lovely and blessed time with your dear ones.
