These postcards are all from the early 1900’s. They were all sent to Dear’s Great, great Aunt Emma. She really enjoyed getting postcards and her friends and family made sure to send her one on any special occassion.

Photobucket is holding all my photos from 2007-2015 hostage and demanding a ransom for me to access them. I’m slowly cleaning up many of my posts where PB have added ugly black and grey boxes where my photos used to be. So frustrating!
Such sweet old postcards!
Wonderful antique postcards !!
I am partial to Mr. and Mrs. Turkey (or are they courting?) in their corncob car, with the lemon wheels. All of these cards are such fine art. Alas, you don’t see much art like this in these days. But all colorful and whimsical. A happy Ruby Tuesday!
I notice that the old cards and postcards have so much intricate detail on them. They are lovely.
The corn ear racer is the best for me! It is similar to the pinewood derby car our daughter Karen and I made. And won the races with it. They are all nice!

What a wondeful collection! This is something I look for at every flea market or antique shop I go to. I have some Easter ones but I mainly search for Valentine’s Day – my birthday.
